Thank you for shopping with Vitamed US. We take pride in providing high-quality nutritional supplements and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used supplement bottles
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Promotional or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vitamedus.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at support@vitamedus.com with your order details.
- Wait for our team to confirm your return eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the confirmation email.
- Include your RMA number inside the package to ensure proper processing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@vitamedus.com and include your order number and reason for the exchange.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
